Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Department’s commercial transactions team in Plano, Texas (remote or hub offices).

You will negotiate and document contracts for IT, applications, business process, digital, consulting and AI services, supporting sales and delivery across verticals including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services & Insurance, Products and Public.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a lawyer, with some law firm exposure
• Experience drafting and negotiating IT services and outsourcing agreements
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to interact with senior business executives and exercise independent judgment

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for IT, applications, digital and AI services
• Advise on terms, risks, and SLAs in outsourcing relationships
• Assist in resolving disputes with customers
• Enforce compliance with corporate policies
• Collaborate with internal units and global stakeholders
• Manage internal executive briefings and escalations
• Provide employment law support as needed
