Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Corporate Counsel to act as a trusted in‑house advisor.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and governance matters for a rapidly growing company focused on autonomous vehicle technology across multiple product verticals. The ideal candidate brings a practical, business‑minded approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to scale legal operations with the business.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing to practice law in Utah, or eligible to register as in-house counsel in Utah.
• 5+ years of legal experience with a focus on commercial transactions.
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements independently.
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer and supplier contracts.
• Provide governance, compliance, and regulatory guidance; support HR on employment issues.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes, claims, and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Build and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and self‑service tools.
• Advise on IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, export controls, and related regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and leadership to enable scaling while managing risk.
