You will structure, draft, negotiate, and manage agreements involving vehicle systems, software, and partnerships, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

The role demands strong judgment, execution, and collaboration to handle routine to groundbreaking deals, with opportunities to optimize contracting processes and introduce CLM improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience in a fast-growing technology-focused company or top-tier law firm.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience advising high-growth technology businesses and translating complex legal issues into practical business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial transactions from intake through post-signature management with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on legal and business risks, explain complex terms clearly, and provide practical risk-conscious solutions.
• Support matters across supply chain, business development, product, partnerships, IP, and privacy.
