Formación

• JD from a U.S. accredited law school and 7–15 years of experience in legal practice.
• In-house or firm experience with VC-backed companies on growth trajectories.
• Strong knowledge of IPO readiness, governance, and international structures.

Responsabilidades

• Direct corporate governance and board-related activities.
• Lead IPO readiness programs and SEC-related governance structures.
• Structure and execute financings and lead M&A work.
• Partner with Finance and People on employee equity and cap table management.
