Job summary

Affiliated Distributors (AD) is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance across commercial and corporate matters. You will draft and negotiate agreements, support mergers and acquisitions, advise on governance and compliance, and help identify and manage legal risk while building cross‑functional relationships.

The role requires JD, active state bar, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation and drafting skills.

• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks and processes for efficiency.
• Support mergers & acquisitions from confidentiality through closing and integration.
• Assist with governance, compliance, policy development and outside counsel management.
