• Experience with domestic and international financing and securities compliance.
• Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for ADP Ventures, Corporate Development and M&A.
• Advise on federal securities law compliance and corporate policies.
• Counsel corporate and functional teams on financing and other matters.
• Partner with ADP Data Solutions on data-driven products and risk management.
