EasyPost is seeking a senior corporate counsel to provide broad legal support across corporate matters. You will partner with business leaders to deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance.

Key responsibilities include governance, board matters, M&A due diligence, entity management, and equity plan administration, plus drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. The role also covers regulatory filings and working with outside counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful in-house experience.
• Strong judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly.
