You will support fast-moving technology transactions, guide deal structure, negotiate agreements, and translate legal issues into practical advice that enables strong business decisions.

This role emphasizes building scalable legal processes and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Law degree with active bar eligibility to practice.
• Experience in commercial transactions within technology companies, preferably in-house.
• Proven ability to scale legal functions or business processes in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Ability to assess and manage business risks effectively.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor and customer contracts
• Advise Sales on deal structuring, strategy, and risk considerations

For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a key legal partner to commercial teams, supporting fast-moving technology transactions and helping the business move efficiently while managing risk. You will guide deal structure, negotiate agreements, and translate legal issues into practical advice that enables strong business decisions. The position also involves building scalable legal processes and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a high-growth, remote-first environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $250,580 – $313,560 annually

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor and customer contracts
