Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure global securities law compliance and support board governance and subsidiary management.
• Oversee employee equity programs and lead legal execution of fundraising, M&A, and strategic investments.
• Develop scalable legal processes and advise on IP, licensing, and open-source considerations.

Requirements:

• JD from a US-accredited law school, bar admission, and at least five years of legal practice.
• Strong expertise in securities law, corporate governance, and international subsidiary management.
• Experience with equity programs, financing rounds, and M&A; familiarity with open-source licensing is a plus.
• Annual salary range of USD 180,000–300,000 paid in local currency.
