Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a dynamic attorney to join its Legal team. You will lead commercial contracting and provide legal counsel across the full lifecycle, while building legal infrastructure and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and HR to accelerate business objectives.

This fully remote role involves about 10% travel, and you will help identify legal risks, support governance, IP protection, and potential M&A activities.

Qualifications

• J.D., active bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
