EasyPost is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide broad legal support across the company, with a primary focus on corporate matters, governance, and risk management as we continue to grow. You will partner with business leaders to guide strategic initiatives and practical legal guidance that enables growth.

The role covers M&A due diligence, regulatory filings, equity plans, and drafting/negotiating commercial contracts.

Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to and good standing with a U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, in-house preferred.
• Experience at a technology company with governance exposure.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (revenue, vendor, partnership).
• HIPAA/privacy familiarity is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel and strategic guidance on corporate and general matters.
• Support governance activities including board materials and minutes.
• Assist with M&A due diligence and transaction support.
• Manage regulatory and SEC filings, entity management, and compliance.
• Support equity plan administration and related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with outside counsel for litigation and IP matters.
• Improve legal processes, templates, and workflows.
