Entrust is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Attorney (Lead) to join our global legal team in Shakopee, MN. You will lead commercial legal support for our digital security segment in the Americas and guide strategic accounts, drafting and negotiating complex contracts.

We value practical, business-oriented counsel who can partner with sales, product, and finance to close transactions while balancing risk and opportunity.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one state (prefer MN).
• Authorized to work in the US without restrictions.
• 8+ years in-house corporate practice with tech transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial legal support for Entrust’s digital security business in North America, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements with risk awareness.
• Manage a team of 1-3 commercial lawyers and legal professionals, including prioritization and development.
• Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market models, including negotiations with system integrators and managed service providers.
• Advise sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, quantify risks, evaluate options, and present recommendations.
• Collaborate across legal, sales, product, finance, procurement, compliance, information security, and other teams.
• Develop scalable contracting processes and tools, including playbooks and templates.
