Job summary

Entrust Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Corporate Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in support of the Identity Security segment in the Americas. The role requires a JD and at least five years’ post-qualification experience, including in-house experience.

You will work hybrid from Shakopee, MN, collaborating with legal, sales, product, and finance teams to manage complex transactions and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one state.
• Minimum five years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in-house corporate environment.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts in support of Entrust’s Identity Security segment in the Americas.
• Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market models, including negotiations with system integrators and managed service providers.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory, compliance, and ad-hoc matters for the global organization.
• Lead priority legal projects and collaborate across legal, sales, product, finance, procurement, and compliance teams.
• Develop deep understanding of Entrust’s business, products, and practices to better serve the organization.
