Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year undergraduate degree required.
• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• 1-5+ years in commercial contracting in law firm or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts including technology licensing.
• Advise on data privacy and security agreements.
• Utilize AI to increase drafting efficiency and build contract playbooks.
• Support the corporate transaction team with due diligence for vendors and M&A.
• Provide timely legal advice and build relationships with clients.
