Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience providing legal counsel on commercial transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements including SaaS, licenses, and services.
• Experience advising on contractual and regulatory risk and IT-related transactions.
• Leadership in contract management workflows and templates.

Responsibilities
