Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in class action, consumer protection, and/or product liability.
• Experience advising on advertising and marketing compliance.
• Strong writing, communication, and issue-spotting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and to work in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of internal and external stakeholders on class action matters.
• Provide guidance to business units to resolve customer claims and legal issues.
• Review marketing materials for compliance and accuracy across channels.
• Develop proactive strategies for resolving litigation efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate discovery, prepare witnesses, and interface with outside counsel.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with corporate communications.
• Keep legal management informed of significant lawsuits and issues.
• Supervise paralegals supporting litigation-related work.
• Work to reduce risk and conduct formal legal research as needed.
• Leverage AI and other tools to manage legal topics and workflows.
