Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited United States Law School.
• Licensed (active) U.S. attorney in good standing.
• South Carolina Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely advice, support, and analysis for management and business units on a wide range of topics.
• Prepare, review, and revise legal contracts and documents.
• Draft, negotiate, and approve contracts per Mercedes-Benz policy.
• Provide guidance and risk analyses related to employment, immigration, labor, litigation, and other matters.
• Work with external legal counsel on legal matters.
• Support supplier disputes and negotiations.
• Provide legal research, analysis, advice and recommendations.
