Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
Experience owning a month-end close process at scale and implementing financial reporting controls.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close with defined timelines.
Ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP and regulatory filing requirements.
Design and enforce financial reporting controls; maintain COA and P&L structure.
Exercise judgment on materiality and risk; escalate when needed.
Lead ERP roadmap (NetSuite) and spend management tooling for automation.
Coordinate with external auditors and support SOX readiness.
