Case-Mate, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead its accounting operations and scale a domestic and international team of six.

You will own the close process, ensure US GAAP compliance, and partner with executives to translate financial data into actionable insights. This role emphasizes building robust controls, optimizing NetSuite workflows, and driving finance transformation in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Active CPA in good standing.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership at Controller level.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience; ERP systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, inventory and tax compliance.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for executives and lenders.
• Lead audit process and manage external relationships.
• Improve internal controls to reduce risk and enhance reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales, IT for system alignment.
