Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a visionary Corporate Controller to lead our accounting organization and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in a fast‑growing retail environment.

This executive will own SOX controls, external audits, and GAAP disclosures while partnering with finance, operations, and leadership to guide strategic decisions and scalable processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a large accounting/finance organization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience with Sarbanes–Oxley and internal controls.
• Public-company financial reporting and external audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated financial statements, close processes, and disclosures.
• Lead policy development and compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Own SOX program, internal controls, and risk management.
• Drive enterprise-wide financial planning, analysis, and investor communications.
