Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting, oversee accounting operations, and build a scalable finance organization reporting to the CFO.

This role requires deep public-company experience, U.S. GAAP and SOX mastery, and the ability to partner across functions while guiding strategy and internal controls in a growing retail business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Significant public-company accounting experience.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience leading a multi‑location finance team.
• Strong ability to defend accounting positions with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated financial statements and reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee 10-K/10-Q preparation and disclosure.
• Establish accounting policies in line with SEC requirements.
• Manage internal controls and SOX program; engage with auditors.
• Build scalable processes as the company grows.
