Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Admission to NJ or NY bar required.

Responsibilities

• Lead/manage M&A, joint ventures, and equity/debt financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, and complex operating/shareholder agreements.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate and transactional documents.
• Provide sophisticated client counseling and maintain strong client relationships.
