We Are Legal Revolution, a New Jersey corporate law firm, seeks an Attorney - Corporate Transactions to lead M&A and commercial real estate matters. The role requires drafting and negotiating agreements, structuring deals, and managing client matters with increasing autonomy.

This hybrid position targets 1,600 billable hours annually, offers a base salary of $220,000 with a performance bonus, and a partner-track pathway for the right candidate who has 3+ years of corporate transactional

Qualifications

• Draft, review and negotiate acquisition agreements, commercial contracts, operating agreements and other transactional documents.
• Support M&A transactions from structuring through closing.
• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and related matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate acquisition agreements, commercial contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements and other transactional documents.
• M&A: support transactions from structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing.
• Commercial Real Estate: handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and other property-related transactions.
• Manage existing client matters with growing autonomy and identify cross-sell opportunities.
