CSG Law in Roseland, New Jersey, seeks a mid to senior-level attorney to join the Surety & Fidelity team. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of commercial litigation experience and familiarity with federal and state courts in NY and NJ.

Essential duties include managing all phases of litigation, representing clients before courts and arbitrators, and developing strategies for cost-effective resolutions. Compensation ranges from $185,000 to $225,000 with discretionary bonuses and comprehensive

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in litigation
• Experience in state and federal courts of NY and NJ
• Experience with surety, construction litigation, or insurance coverage is a plus
• Ability to manage all phases of litigation from pleadings to motions

Mansioni

• Manage all phases of litigations in state and federal courts from inception through resolution
• Represent clients before courts, mediators, and arbitrators
• Work independently and with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
• Develop strategies for favorable and cost-effective resolutions in litigation and transactional matters
• Engage in marketing and networking to grow the practice group’s client base
