Corporate Transactions Attorney | Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid) – Up to $230k

Location/Schedule: Hackensack, NJ (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to $230k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Corporate Transactions – M&A, business sales, corporate governance, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory for established and growing companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support complex corporate transactions, including M&A, asset purchases, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and day-to-day business matters.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active NJ bar (NY a plus).
• 3–8+ years of corporate transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
