Nicolet National Bank in Florida is seeking a Corporate Accounting Senior Manager to lead the daily operations of corporate accounting, oversee the month-end close and reconciliation processes, and ensure conformity to US GAAP and internal policies.

The role will hire and develop accounting staff, drive system improvements, participate in M&A integration, and uphold strong controls while supporting diversity and inclusion across the workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably accounting/finance.
• Seven years of progressively responsible accounting and supervisory experience.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and computers.
• Strong leadership and change management capabilities; teamwork and communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the month-end close process.
• Oversee the month-end reconciliation process.
• Review work of associates, including analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Participate in or lead corporate accounting initiatives, such as system implementations.
• Hire and develop corporate accounting team members.
• Manage and empower associates to achieve departmental objectives.
• Maintain accounting policies; monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Participate in M&A activities including integration and system conversions.
• Uphold policies and controls; support equal employment opportunity and inclusion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
