Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Regional Retail Manager to lead strategy, coaching, and execution across a multi-branch footprint. Qualifications

• Proven multisite retail banking leadership with strong sales coaching, market planning, and performance management skills.
• Expertise in branch operations, consumer and small-business banking, and foundational credit disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational risk controls; ability to drive audit-ready execution.
• Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across lines of business and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy and execute growth plans to expand deposits, lending, and fee income.
• Coach Branch Managers to lead disciplined, needs-based sales processes and optimize branch performance.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience across channels and branches with strong service standards.
• Hire, develop, and retain Branch leaders; create succession plans and development pipelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls; monitor audits and remediate issues.
• Standardize branch routines and resource allocation to optimize staffing and productivity.
• Represent Nicolet in community events and drive regional financial wellness initiatives.
