Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain and update client records in Salesforce, schedule meetings, and prepare materials.
• Process account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests; assist with money movements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support client reviews and financial planning.
• Coordinate with compliance, operations, trading and other departments to resolve issues.
• Manage advisor calendars and schedule meetings; handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Process and submit paperwork, checks, and securities in a timely manner.
