Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a senior Financial Advisor to manage existing client relationships, develop new opportunities, and supervise staff. You will formulate and implement wealth strategies, work with the Investment Committee, and help drive the firm’s advisory services.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, adherence to regulatory requirements, and leadership in a collaborative team environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 65, 7, 66) and CFP credential are required.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• 5+ years of experience in the advisor role with strong client service.

Responsibilities

• Manages client relationships assigned by the firm and helps clients achieve wealth goals.
• Develops asset allocation strategies and implements with the investment team.
• Prepares and updates financial plans with client information and risk profiles.
• Supervises Wealth Analysts and Financial Advisors, and coordinates with support staff.
• Markets the firm, develops its reputation with referral sources, and attracts new clients.
• Performs governance tasks on investment decisions and policy reviews.
• Trains staff and promotes adoption of new technology within client service teams.
