Job summary

Nicolet National Bank in Green Bay seeks a Senior Client Service Associate to support financial advisors, manage complex administrative tasks, and drive operational excellence across the team.

You will mentor Client Service Associates, maintain client records in Salesforce, prepare reports, and coordinate with compliance, operations, and trading to resolve escalated issues, while upholding firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in a comparable role.
• SIE exam completed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (CRM).
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and with others.
• Promote Nicolet as an employer of choice.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: primary contact for client inquiries, account maintenance, and service requests.
• Advisor Support: prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client reviews.
• Operational Support: process complex account openings, transfers, and maintenance.
• Administrative Duties: manage calendars, handle communications, and process paperwork.
• Leadership and Mentorship: mentor Client Service Associates and lead project work.
• General: stay updated on Wealth Management policies and ensure documentation standards.
