CPA with public accounting background and private industry experience is required, with experience supervising a large team and coordinating external audits.

The role is based in California, offering a base salary in the $150,000–$185,000 range plus bonus and strong benefits, with exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP.

Qualifications

• CPA with public accounting and private industry corporate accounting experience.
• 10+ years of accounting experience in large organizations.
• Experience with SOX controls and GAAP reporting.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with team management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage month-end close, general ledger, and journal entries.
• Coordinate external audit and internal controls.
• Provide cash flow analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Establish and enforce internal controls and policies.
