Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support a multi-entity environment with broad exposure to financial reporting, close cycles, consolidations, and operational accounting.

You will partner with leadership to ensure timely, accurate reporting, improve processes, and support evolving business initiatives while handling cross-border and multi-currency matters where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statement preparation, month-end procedures, and GL accounting.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and applying accounting guidance.
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced Excel with large financial data sets.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own key components of monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate workflows and propose practical solutions to reduce manual effort and improve reporting.
• Prepare and maintain account analyses to support management reporting.
• Assist with consolidations across multiple business units and entities.
• Investigate fluctuations and provide explanations for variances.
• Support internal and external stakeholders with financial data and schedules.
• Participate in system projects, reporting enhancements, and process redesign.
• Contribute to complex transactions and evolving reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve accounting function effectiveness.
