Job summary

National Community Renaissance (National CORE) is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support corporate accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities. This role reports to the Accounting Manager and collaborates with senior leadership.

The candidate will lead monthly closes, manage intercompany allocations, assist audits, and drive process improvements in a real estate-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and allocations.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate entities.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and consolidate schedules.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, allocations, and shared cost distributions.
• Monitor cash management, bank reconciliations, and credit lines.
• Prepare audit schedules and support audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
