Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Senior Accountant responsible for full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, financial reporting, and partnering with leadership. You will own month-end close, prepare statements, manage intercompany transactions, support audits, and deliver accurate, timely information in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers exposure to joint ventures and complex ownership structures with high Excel proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting environments preferred.
• Hands-on intercompany accounting and reconciliations experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close process for assigned entities.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements, management reports, and reporting packages.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and balances.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support cash flow reporting, lender reporting, and financial analysis requests.
• Assist with audits, compliance initiatives, and special projects.
• Partner with leaders to communicate results and provide financial insights.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions across entities and settlements.
