Job summary

TalentBridge's client is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and provide detailed reporting and analysis. The role emphasizes ownership, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the organization’s finance function.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, GL accounting, and month-end close experience, with a keen eye for process improvement and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with general ledger accounting and timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial activity and investigate discrepancies, variances.
• Research accounting issues and develop resolutions.
• Support internal controls and accounting procedures.
