Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and policies.
• Assist with acquisition-related accounting, integrations, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams to support operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Support external audits and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with acquisition-related accounting activities, including integrations, reconciliations, and other accounting initiatives.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase efficiencies.
• Support external audits, special projects, and other ad hoc accounting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within public accounting or a corporate accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
