Responsibilities

• Define the foundation necessary for reliable platform building.
• Prioritize platform work based on customer needs.
• Identify patterns in FD teams' builds for graduation to core.
• Set a high quality standard for all platform capabilities.
• Liberate delivery teams to focus on solving customer problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and PMs to resolve sequencing tradeoffs.
