The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and completion of an approved clinical laboratory internship, with national certification such as ASCP/AAB/AMT.

• Successful completion of an approved clinical laboratory training internship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, analyzes, and performs automated and complex laboratory procedures.
• Monitors workflow and ensures regulatory compliance in the assigned area.
• Maintains test menus and participates in quality management plans.
• Trains new team members and completes competency documentation.
• Ensures the laboratory is inspection ready and maintains safety policies.
• Collaborates with pathologists, physicians, and other laboratory customers.
