The role monitors workflow, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports quality management alongside a leadership team.

Education includes a Bachelor’s degree and successful clinical laboratory training internship, plus national certification (ASCP/AAB/AMT or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Successful completion of an approved clinical laboratory training internship.
• National Certification such as ASCP, AAB, AMT, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains participation in the corporate technical committee for the assigned area.
• Ensures quality control and maintenance; supports regulatory compliance.
• Monitors daily laboratory operations and resolves issues promptly.
• Trains new team members and mentors technologists.
• Supports budget and cost controls within the lab.
