Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Core Banking Application Support Manager (Jack Henry) to ensure stability and performance of mission-critical banking apps within the Jack Henry ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders, banking operations, infrastructure, vendors, and global support teams to drive incident management, change control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, IS, Engineering, Finance) required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Jack Henry apps and banking tech platforms.
• Hands-on with Jack Henry Synergy, ArgoKeys, Banno, Commercial Center, Teller, iPay, Pep+ and related core banking environments.
• Strong experience leading incident, problem, change, and production support in a regulated banking environment.
• Proven expertise with banking operations, digital banking platforms, teller operations, and core banking workflows.
• Experience supporting SQL Server environments, workflow automation, batch scheduling, and production monitoring processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration with business, tech, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and production support lead for Jack Henry apps (Synergy, ArgoKeys, Banno, Commercial Center, Teller, iPay, Pep+).
• Lead incident, problem, and change management to ensure platform availability and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee daily production monitoring, Start-of-Day activities, batch validation, workflow automation, and governance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and compliance.
• Drive business continuity, disaster recovery testing, audit readiness, and continuous improvement for banking ops and digital services.
