Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience administering Jack Henry SilverLake within a banking environment.
• Experience supporting deposit, loan, and general ledger operations.
• Strong background in core banking integrations, vendor management, and production support.
• Experience with SilverLake File Manager, jXchange services, SFTP, APIs, and file automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and optimize the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking platform.
• Manage system configuration, product setup, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
• Monitor daily processing, system performance, and exception reporting.
• Support integrations with digital banking, treasury management, payments, document management, reporting, and data platforms.
• Administer user access, security permissions, and access control reviews.
• Coordinate vendor support activities, issue resolution, and implementation projects.
• Participate in change management, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Support reporting, data extracts, reconciliations, and business-user requests.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity initiatives.
• Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance activities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and production support for mission-critical banking systems.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation.

• Administer, support, and optimize the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking platform
• Manage system configuration, product setup, enhancements, upgrades, and releases
• Monitor daily processing, system performance, and exception reporting
• Support integrations with digital banking, treasury management, payments, document management, reporting, and data platforms
• Administer user access, security permissions, and access control reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience administering Jack Henry SilverLake within a banking environment
• Experience supporting deposit, loan, and general ledger operations
• Strong background in core banking integrations, vendor management, and production support
• Experience with SilverLake File Manager, jXchange services, SFTP administration, APIs, and file automation
• PowerShell and IBM iSeries/AS400 experience preferred
• Understanding of ITSM, change management, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Experience supporting highly regulated financial services environments preferred
• Knowledge of ACH, wire processing, treasury management, and digital banking systems is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
