Qualifications

• University degree in communications (Journalism/English/Marketing)
• 4+ years in a communications role; senior-level copywriter
• 4+ years leading projects; proven growth in creative specialty
• Strong understanding of comms and design strategies; excellent writing and editorial judgment
• Strong customer service orientation with superb client relationships
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and AI for collaboration
• Excellent stakeholder and project management; able to manage multiple projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Own the quality and impact of client-facing communications end to end
• Co-create assets for proposals, client engagements, and events
• Write from scratch or rework drafts to be clear, concise, and compelling
• Tailor structure, story, and tone to audience and medium
• Set editorial standards and mentor colleagues in craft
• Collaborate with designers, consultants, and internal customers
• Gain new skills through coaching and mentoring from colleagues
