YOUR IMPACT

You will own the quality and impact of client-facing communications from end to end.

Partnering with designers and consultants as our internal customers, you will work on a wide variety of assets and ensure that the messaging is sharp and persuasive.

You will co-create assets for proposals, client engagements, and internal and external events, including video scripts, immersive content, and print and digital media. You will shape the narrative, sharpen the message, and advise teams on how to communicate ideas that inspire our clients to thought or action.

The work ranges from in-depth copy editing of complex documents and presentations to shaping creative, high-impact copy. This requires the ability to shift between deep focus and precision and quick creative thinking. You will write from scratch or rework existing drafts to make them clear, concise, and compelling, tailoring structure, story, and tone to each audience, medium, and purpose.

You will also help set the editorial standard and support colleagues in growing their craft.

You’ll gain new skills and build on your strengths, receiving functional training and regular coaching and mentoring from colleagues.

You will join Visual Graphics & Media in our Phoenix office as part of our Client Editorial Services team and broader Communications Practice. You will be a member of a global function that collaborates with colleagues in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Our highly skilled creative team supports and collaborates with other McKinsey professionals to co-create bespoke design and communications solutions for specific project needs. We focus on visual storytelling to deliver impactful client experiences.

Our firm culture is inclusive, supportive, and inspiring. We promote creative exploration, collaboration, and mentorship, emphasizing continuous learning and professional development. Our firm operates as 'one firm', a global partnership, committed to diversity and positive social impact.

You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
