PMG is seeking a Creative Copywriting Senior Associate to join a collaborative team that crafts ideas across campaigns, brand storytelling, and content systems. You will shape copy with a strong voice for diverse brands and formats.

Collaborate with leadership to refine concepts, present directions to clients, and ensure messaging is clear, on-brand, and impact-driven across digital and traditional channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, ideally in an agency or high-growth brand environment.
• Strong writing fundamentals and a clear point of view—polished, purposeful copy.
• Experience creating copy for integrated campaigns and performance channels.
• Proficiency in writing for digital platforms, especially paid social, video, and web.

Responsibilities

• Write original, engaging copy across campaigns, brand storytelling, product messaging, and content systems.
• Adapt voice quickly to suit multiple brands without losing clarity or consistency.
• Take briefs from concept to polished execution, exploring angles and elevating ideas with strong language.
• Present copy and concepts with confidence, linking work to business goals.
• Attention to detail: edits, grammar, and language that feels intentional in headlines, CTAs, and long lines.
• Spot content opportunities by reading audience behavior and cultural moments.
