The University of Arizona is seeking a Senior Coordinator for ASUA to oversee operational and administrative support for its student government bodies, including executive officers, Senate, and Supreme Court. The role ensures efficient office operations, governance logistics, and compliance with university policies.

The Senior Coordinator, ASUA, reports directly to the Associate Dean of Students for Student Leadership and Governance and coordinates the operational and administrative functions that support the Associated Students of the University of Arizona (ASUA), including the Executive Officers, Senate, and Supreme Court. This position independently administers office operations, governance logistics, financial and administrative processes, and front desk services while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The Senior Coordinator also coordinates administrative operations supporting SafeRide and University of Arizona Emergency Medical Services (UAEMS) and provides operational support to the Associate Dean in advancing departmental priorities and initiatives. This position ensures the efficient delivery of programs and services that support student leadership and ASUA governance.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
