Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in software development with a focus on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development.
• Expertise with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 (Waterfall Dialogs, custom middleware, and state management) and Copilot Studio / Agents 365.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and frontend HTML/CSS for custom web-chat styling.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle development of scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents.
• Maintain Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 and migrate toward Microsoft Foundry and Agents 365.
• Design and implement API integrations using MuleSoft to connect front ends with PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
• Manage rich dialogs using Adaptive Cards and Automation Flows across channels.
• Enable escalation to Salesforce Live Chat and routing via Salesforce Case APIs.
• Integrate hybrid AI strategies by combining CLU with Azure OpenAI for intent routing and content generation.
• Analyze logs and metrics to optimize flows and reduce hallucinations.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and stakeholders to translate business logic into user stories.
