Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking a skilled Conversational AI Developer to lead chatbot design, development, and optimization across enterprise platforms. You will bridge classic NLU with Generative AI, migrating toward autonomous agent frameworks while maintaining robust enterprise foundations.

The ideal candidate has deep Microsoft conversational ecosystem experience, strong integration expertise, and a passion for human-like yet transparent user experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years dedicated experience in software development focused on Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, or LLM agent development.
• Deep, hands-on proficiency with Azure Bot Framework SDK v4 and related tools.
• Strong backend skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and frontend basics for custom web-chat styling.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of scalable chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents from design to production deployment.
• Maintain and migrate architecture from Azure Bot Framework to Foundry and Agents 365 Azure SDK.
• Design and implement API integrations using MuleSoft to connect PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
