Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Conversational AI engineer to design, develop, and customize Cognigy.AI and NICE CXone Agentic AI conversational solutions. You will build and maintain flows, intents, entities, context management, and dialogue orchestration, and integrate AI agents with CRM and enterprise systems.

Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong NLP/NLU, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and exposure to GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversational AI or related platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Cognigy.AI and NICE CXone / NICE Mpower Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, intent/entity design, dialogue management, and conversational design.
• Experience with voice bot / chatbot design for customer service workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and XML.
• Exposure to GenAI / LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Vertex AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Cognigy.AI and NICE CXone Agentic AI conversational solutions.
• Build and maintain flows, intents, entities, context management, business logic, and dialogue orchestration.
• Develop AI-powered virtual agents for voice and digital channels.
• Integrate Cognigy.AI with NICE CXone, CRM systems, and enterprise data sources.
• Configure Agent Assist and Knowledge AI, and support deployment and production operations.
