Job summary

Embassy Suites Denver is seeking a Complex Sales Manager to lead local sales for two hotels, focusing on business travel, group events, and proactive account development. You will act as the on-property sales contact, upsell opportunities, and work with the Director of Sales in absence.

The role requires 3+ years in hospitality sales and a proven revenue track record. The team operates 24/7; expects flexible hours and strong customer relationships, including site visits, contracts, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in progressive sales experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of group sales and events.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to forecast and manage revenue budgets.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and catering.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and manage complex accounts for two hotels.
• Upsell opportunities to maximize revenue in events and groups.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals for both properties.
• Coordinate with Sales leadership in the absence of the Director of Sales.
• Provide excellent guest and client service throughout the sales cycle.
