Johnson Controls is seeking a senior engineering leader to supervise a team responsible for hardware, software, and network-level commissioning on projects across industries. You will ensure safety, compliance, and cost-effective execution while delivering high-quality results.

The role emphasizes leading engineers, mentoring staff, and coordinating with Major Projects and Branch teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery with robust customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; HVAC programming/controls experience a plus.
• Experience supervising technical/engineering groups is preferred.
• Strong communication of technical material is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Engineers in hardware, software, and network-level commissioning for projects.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements and uphold high ethics.
• Develop cost-effective engineering processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
